haha... that's make me think twice... PP2 is nice which the noise is a bit loud only 50% but still bearable... but my V12 after 10k also i'm a bit annoyed by the noise, sometimes quite irritating...

for my PP2 anytime no problem... although it's should wears a bit fast but at least can last for 30k km no complaints coz UHP tire cannot expect the wear rate like normal tires...
others is Hankook V12 or GY GSD3... any other good anti-hydroplaning tires in the trade like PP2, my fren??? which have good traction like V12 and comfort like it, but not to noisy... please recommend me i might need to change my old toy tire to 195/50 R15 next few months as the current 185/60 R14 CC1 tires sucks...

no it is good... but for normal use... Traction A rating only never took a peek on it b4... i need something better with Traction AA rating...
BS MY-01 also not good at all Traction B only... cannot even compare to D-01 and others Luxury comfort which have Traction A...

I don think u have better tires at 195/55 R15 other than (Cheapest to Expensive) Hankook V12 Evo (RM190),  Michelin PP2 (RM230),  Yokohama S Drive (RM250), Toyo T1R (RM280), Bridgestone Adrenalin RE-001 (RM280), Yokohama AD 08 (RM400), Federal 595 Evo (Not Sure)...
*
if i not mistaken i got this set D01 @ RM160 (2 years back). actually how long need to change the tire? i know if the tread is gone then change lar, but then i'm trying to take good care of my tire like balancing, alignment every 10k so the surface is quite even not like last time i used GY NCT5 (same size) taking good care but both side still like "makan sebelah"
I heard that the tire will get hard and easy to crack if using it for long time.

plan to go for PP2 in the future.

Hi all sifu...... notworthy.gif

by following the post before there are some tires rated good from you guys.
example: BS RE001, BS ZIE912, Hankook V12, GY Eagle F1 GSD3, Mic PP2, YOKO S Drive.......
estimate will change all 4 tires in one shot around Aug ~ Oct.
currently ridding on Dunlop D 01 195/55/R15 on a Wira manual.
80 ~ 140km/h is my every day routine from cheras selatan to PJ jalan 222 and sometime i like to do some cornering as well.
which one suit me the best?? in term of the price...RM 180 ~ RM 220.

Added on March 22, 2010, 10:33 amOps!! typo error.

Hi all sifus,

wan to ask question, my fren just changed his RIM and Tyre at Klang last weekend. He got himself a set of PRESA PS55 (Thai) tyre 205/45R16 for his wira. I notice there is color line printed on the tyre surface comes in Green, Orange and White. What meaning is that??
Btw this tyre is Traction AA with thread wear 280.
