215/45R18 Currently using stock Toyo T1 Proxes, damn noisy. But got to admit the performance is superb imo.
Im willing to sacrifice grip for quiet tyres. Any recommendation? Maybe need to change to 225/40R18 or 225/45R18.

QUOTE(6UE5T @ Mar 16 2017, 02:07 AM) Toyo T1 is not so good grip actually. If you want really good high performance tires with also pretty quiet, try the new Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 3, it's rated at only 68dB! If want much cheaper option, then can try the new Yokohama Advan Fleva, also rated around 67-69db. (Most other tires are rated at over 70db which is like double the noise). You are driving mazda 3 also right? Think ive seen you in m3 thread. So which tyre are you using now? I get in average 80-83 dB using the toyo T1 tires doing 100kmh So far i have options ps3, bridgestone gr100, yoko advan fleva, and goodyear f1 asymmetric 3. QUOTE(6UE5T @ Mar 16 2017, 04:46 PM) No I'm not, I'm driving Toyota Mark X, currently on Continental CSC5. F1A3 should be the best choice for silent high performance tires now but expensive since still made in Germany. Fleva is cheaper option but performance should be below F1A3. PS3 is excellent tire too but not that silent, just normal for this type of UHP tires. GR100 is just mid level tires below the others, not worth it. I'll check out more on F1A3 and Fleva. Thankss man.
