Has anyone ever successfully claimed against DBKL for type damage caused by potholes?
Any guidance on how the insurers handle this? It's not uncommon in Europe and the Auto Association support it as means to pressure authorities.

I've just had to replace my full set as the drivers side were badly damaged - fortunately not bad damage to the rims and as front set back set are different but it's an expensive item.
