Good idea TS smile.gif my turn...

Brand: Panasonic
Model: Lumix LX3
Reason: Starting to learn photography. Later on felt limited cuz bokeh not nice

Brand: Nikon
Model: D40
Reason: 1st DSLR...bought 2nd hand with 35mm f/1.8G. still remember when I received the package...the nikon strap was super smelly LOL. threw it away immediately n bought a crumpler strap. fell in love with bokeh~

Brand: Nikon
Model: D90
Reason: Got more serious into photography and starting to get paid jobs. Also around this time I got my flash and 15mm and 85mm lenses. Good times!

Brand: Fuji
Model: X100
Reason: Change of job means I dont get to shoot much anymore. Mostly using a camera for travel. Got tired of bringing my DSLR, so I wanted a great APS-C compact. Long story short, I love the pics, but my tolerance for the slow AF ran out. Also quite annoyed how the exposure compensation dial turns too easily

Brand: Sony
Model: A6000
Reason: Pretty much solves the AF problem (by far!). 1st time enjoying wifi transfers, can quickly share photos on whatsapp and FB hehe! The 24mm Zeiss would be the perfect way to replace the fuji, but too expensive. However im happy with the Sigma 30/1.4. Really enjoy this compact system + possibility to expand. Now funding for 85/1.8 and the 10-18, returning to my D90 setup hehe

actually i have quite a few of friend they moving to fuji and sony mirrorless ...
ya one of the reason is portable. Most people say fuji color better but i dont get it why..
maybe im not a professional, i take photography as my hobby and entertainment jerrr ...
so i dono how to use flash, know abit of touch up jer .. want to learn lightroom + ps so much ..

yeah a lot of ppl saying fuji colours are better..i dont really get it as well TBH haha

but since fuji X system only covers APS-C, they do have the size advantage when it comes to their lenses. the price tho... cry.gif

there are tons of lightroom tutorials on youtube bro. until now I still think lightroom is one of the most well-designed UX around because there's a lot of features but still relatively easy to learn. photoshop is the one with the steep learning curve.

ya, no doubt A7 is a very good camera (fullframe somemore). I have bring my A7 to italy, france, london and taiwan, but most of the time the A7 will sleep in my camera bag until the next travel journey (local / oversea).
i not taking photography job so extra lens may not necessary.

so, my mind tot "why not just get the smaller camera yet not sacrifice the image quality so much " .. then rx100m4 /rx100m5 / g7x II come in my mind.

fullframe sensor to 1" sensor.  bruce.gif

then i realized " everything i want not everything i need "  nod.gif
