Tenant run away... Procedures to open the premise

Tenant run away I presumed because for few months never bank in money. Cant reach the tenant through phone and the premise is locked and filled with bills and debt letters. If I were to break the lock and clean the premise , it will be against the law right?? Any advise?

Thank you so much guys for your advises. Seems like the police is fooling around by asking me to get court order. Nvm will march to police station again tomorrow.  |
