Tenant run away I presumed because for few months never bank in money. Cant reach the tenant through phone and the premise is locked and filled with bills and debt letters. If I were to break the lock and clean the premise , it will be against the law right?? Any advise?

Just pecahkan bro... Mine tenant didnt pay about 6 months... my moms scared if go pecah then tenants go report police... it turns out that after we pecah pintu all gone... lesap semua lesap... police advice if no call, no contact, bagi salam pun xjawab, pecah aje...

scare got illegal stuffs in it.. reported police and ask police to come see together but police said need get court order. Asked lawyer said need months.

Thank you so much guys for your advises. Seems like the police is fooling around by asking me to get court order.

Nvm will march to police station again tomorrow.

I asked my lawyer about this before. She said a court order is required. Should take 2 to 3 months to process
