i thought the starting price was 440k but the chart is showing 470k++ onwards

imagine 2 years ago the loan reject rate is about 50%, if not mistaken now the reject rate is climbing to 60% or higher. Have to thinking twice before flipping. agents are surrounding lowyat forum, make your own judgement.
