Apparently the name is The Hermington, thanks to Skyiz.

Pls refer to the drawing, it is about +-100m. Rumahwip is nearer. No cementery and sewerage. Total 479 units. Same for rumawip. Entrance/guard hse for rumawip n normal condo ll be separated.
