I'm not sure, got few auction board outside stated 1.0xM

I guess below 1m is good buy...but im not really sure what's the condition inside.

Location wise quite good, easy access to the highway, klia, dengkil, mex,

to dpulze 5-10mins all the way straight and peaceful environment. There wont be more development because there is no more land, only bungalow land for sale. That piece of land is too small for highrise.

Few units 900K : 24x80

Few units 1M: 34x80

Looks like good buy like what you said no more land for development, only bungalow lot.

Those in iProperty.com mostly to get you contact them, then the agent will tell you that unit sold already and we have another one but higher price. I tried before when looking for property in cyberjaya, was told not easy to find any landed unit for below 1 mil in cyberjaya. Anyway, you may try to contact the agent if you are serious about that. Happy hunting.

Yeah, agents are like that. Due to the nature of my job I have to deal with them sometimes and it can be quite annoying. Especially when dealing with newbie agents, they are the worst.

One of them wanted the SPA to be signed in 3 days after signing the booking. She was an idiot, me (mortgage), buyer, spa lawyer, vendor's lawyer all complained about her.

Most of them are into the 3% (part of it), left their job and got desperate. Lying is part of their book, always post this and that, but when you call them, or even when you pay the house a visit, it is different than advertised. The prices are also a lie. Good thing they are dying now due to the slow market, the noobs are dying like flies since they cant sell the units assigned to them.

Of course, not all agents are bad, there are bad apples and mature veterans in all industries. But the newbies should really learn their place. They are some of the most obnoxious ones that I and my clients would have to deal with.

I encountered some agents who are new in their jobs and approached many property owners whether they want to let go their properties which is above RM1M. Firstly, those who purchased properties above RM1M are not flippers as they have to cough a huge amount to pay the initial deposits as getting loans from the banks are difficult.

Flipping properties are things of the past but still many agents are living at this lost era.

It is a healthy talk if all of us share knowledge which is relevant and not 'skewed' to misinformed information.

BEIJING: Malaysia has been chosen as Alibaba Cloud’s South-East Asian data centre under Jack Ma’s plan to help the country develop its digital economy, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

And Cyberjaya is one of the locations being considered for the data centre.

Does a data center bring about a lot of jobs though? Ive seen some pictures of a data center, setting them up may take a lot of people (as are any construction) but the number of people working there is sparse... i dont know though.

Data Centres need high internet speed..and Cyberjaya has it .logically under consideration .

Dnex is also moving to Cyberjaya soon ..E platforms etc

More local companies would move their IT needs into cloud systems ....

All things would eventually fall into the right places ..( now still a puzzle ? ) in the future for Cyberjaya

Aliyun is already has a data center and international hq in the little red dot. Alibaba is a plc, not a GLC, unless is reported by the company, could only take politician announcement with a large pinch of salt.

According to Facebook - cyberjaya community

Bicycle rental coming soon in cyberjaya.
They are aware of rude drive issue and currently using dash cam to control it.
Many initiative taken by a cyberjaya committee.

Cyberjaya is closely monitor by govt linked organisation and constantly getting feedback from CJ resident for further improvement.

Hope the bicycle rental is established provider like mobike.

I think it will be nice if they implement in not in Cbj only but also putrajaya. Lots of nice place to explore around
Cyberjaya and putrajaya by bike.
