lakeview east is very nice. it is a bit different than the rest of the cyberjaya township there.

No kidding. but it is clear that it is being taken care of by the MPS as opposed to Perbadanan Putrajaya. The trees nearby arent taken care as well as they are in Putrajya

To be honest, if I had a choice (and capital) I would have preferred to live in Putra as opposed to Cyber. Cyber is too... well, I don't want to be critical about it, as I have already been in this thread. But at 30+ I would have preferred to be surrounded by better lakes and parks, as well as communities and commercial areas that are more "relevant" to me.

Likewise, for the Malays, Putrajaya is better. hahaha. Nothing racial, just food preferences. As there are more international and non-Malay residents in Cyberjaya, the city/business(restaurants) had to cater to that. Just like Putrajaya with its higher number of Malay residents

I am ok living among non-Malays, no issues with that, but I have dislike for the younger crowd like students and single-professionals. There are some areas in Cyber that can cater to that, but it gets pricey quite easily. 

Alas, I will retreat to Serenia City which will be completed in 2 years time.

And I haven't seen units there get auctioned off, unlike the more "posh" areas like Mutiaraville, etc.     

The landed villa around there I think is abandon. Should be eye sore view if unit facing those villa.

Bukit jelutong is more or less the same as cyber jaya.. cyber is better as it is digital town...

Cyberjaya is our PM pet project, will he revive it now with IR 4.0? Actually he is ahead of his time, only thing is Malaysians' execution fail him. Amazon was then in its infancy and Alibaba wasn't even born yet and Jack Ma was still a teacher.

Ive lived in  both, I can say for sure that BJ is more serene. But I note that I am chatting in Cyberjaya thread, so yeah.

BJ all is about Malay n Indian food...

Please avoid MCT as developer. Lousy products. I have friends who bought their houses and had lots of issues. Just check out their kingsley hills development, launched in 2012 still nobody living there.

Come & have a look. Ask the guards at the int school in front of housing area how long its been empty.

Stay away from MCT or BGMC projects. Looks good at first but very poor quality. The Big Boss philisophy make money quick.
