QUOTE(SKY 1809 @ Apr 17 2017, 06:52 AM) I see a ghost here ..ignored Talking about ghost... I have watched the movie The Ghost in the Shell in D'Pulse TGV. It's an amazing movie and it is futuristic, creative & imaginative. The ghost you are referring is it the ghost from Hungry Ghost festival or Ghoul from Halloween?

QUOTE(icemanfx @ Apr 16 2017, 11:21 PM) Means businesses and rental near mrt construction could be depressed until 2022. Sorry guys I so wanted to ignore this but I just cannot help laughing at his (yes I believe she is a he) rationale. Hahahahaha. Thanks for not making my Monday blue.

QUOTE(Just Saying @ Apr 17 2017, 08:28 AM) Well, it looks like in the back of ur mind u do agree that population will triple in future for whatever reason. And that tells a lot and it contradicts with all ur previous negative views on Cyber. P/S don't reply ok. We've had enough. cbj population will be doubled and tripled was quoted by cbj die hard fensi.

Tamarind Square evokes memories of a way of life that has long been relegated to the history books. Life today, revolves around high-rise office towers and malls of all shapes and sizes that disconnect, rather than connect people.
The creators of Tamarind Square have taken a bold and creative step to bring families, friends, neighbours and the community together. It is an insight that comes from an understanding that we are by nature, communal creatures and lovers of the great outdoors. (extracted from Tamarind's website) Very well said about those who choose to live n work in Cyberjaya. A liveable place in a well-landscaped location where nature connects with us.

The revolution in shopping and liveable lifestyle is originated from and could only found in cbj. This post has been edited by icemanfx: Apr 17 2017, 02:10 PM

mrt construction will affect rental of close by properties is true.... it will make the already jammed roads x3........and new tenants likely to stay away from the area......
but only affected the currently jammed road.....
if the road currently is not jam....think the result will not be as bad....

I would rather wait and reserve my comment later after few months tamarind square opened. anywhere by all accounts, it will need the support of cj workers and residents to make it ong........however with the current night population of CJ........it will need plenty of help....

Getting Started

Was at MAPEX last weekend at Mid Valley and spoke to some agents about Cyberjaya. They seem quite confident about the place (semi D landed projects). To me it's quite far fetch though.

D'Pulse was so crowded on weekdays n weekends and of course night time too. This is because the crowd was also spill-over from Putrajaya where Alamanda cannot support the happenings. Hence more happenings are found in D'Pulse. Jaya Grocer has long queues and normally the management can 'sniff' where the money is. Therefore, they open one supermarket in D' Pulse. Again the concept of Tamarind Square is only reachable to certain crowd and we definitely do not want 'Ah Bengs', 'Ah Ngaus' and 'Ah Cows'. The feedback Beany gave to us about 'the current night population in CJ' is out-dated and old news .

Retail no comment.

D'Pulse has robust sales. That is why more shopping malls should open to cater for the consumers. Centrus mall will be opened soon. Tamarind Square will be opened this year.

I don't think Tamarind Sq is comparable to D Pulze at all. So far the confirmed tenants are Village Grocer, Chi gym and big bad wolf book store that operates 24/7. There wont be cinema, bowling, karaoke etc there. QUOTE(Marine Boy @ Apr 17 2017, 03:45 PM) hahaha....a "white elephant". D'Pulse has robust sales. Yeah, Village Grocer which is from the chain of supermarkets like Jaya Grocer and Red Tick will be opening there. Eventually more anchor tenants are coming here to fulfill our consumers' desires and tastes.
