Yup! when you have money to save you better be investing. really got no idea why everyday harping buying property eventually you will die broke. pay to the banks double the value bla bla bla. dai lou! when cyberjaya is still cheap you don't want to buy.. wait until the price shoot up only want to buy issit? my god. i study in MMU back in 2004, 2007 graduated, while working move around Klang Valley now back into Cyberjaya. If i have no confidence with this place i also won't buy it la. D'Pulze weekend need to park until the lowest floor, Tamarind Square every weekend flooded with ppl coming over for OOTD. Even the cafe i always go need to queue on weekends.. DUH.

Serious note.. if can icemanfx please don't come. It's getting congested here in cyberjaya. call it underwater or not, just don't come. i really want to live peacefully enjoy the serenity and perhaps retire here as well.

i think i may buy couple more once i'm done with the installment of my current units. My GOD my unit in hyve lease for RM1.4k and it's like 30+ viewing appointments in a week. I post up today and after 2nd viewing the person confirmed his renting.

PS: will continue to use speedhome/speedrent service and it comes with insurance as well. Peace of mind. Best thing was even with confirmation, their runners will still be showing the unit to others. It's only after signing then only they would start cancelling appointments and informing others that the unit had been taken.

now that's not the true story for this.. when they first launch i actually did came over to check out the place.. The biggest unit at RM800k you can actually get them for around RM600k.. the RM800k was actually a markup by the developer.. the price is not after deducting 12% and a FREE Honda JAZZ (yes you hear me right that's how they entice buyer). if they were to ask the developer to deduct off everything they will most likely get to buy them at around RM600k... Also verdi is damn famous for the multiple loan case apparently because of so much cashback and rebates.. some jokers thought it's a good idea to buy 10 units at one go get back around RM1.5-2m and start spending like no tomorrow. Guess where are those folks now? All declare bankrupt.

i was here to look for the smallest unit but the floor i want if not mistaken it's RM450k - 8/10% only.. but i like the 700sft layout just nice for a couple.

landed but have condo as well here in cyber.

have to see what is the selling price at the end. i doubt it's going to stay at 387k. Serin and Cristal nearby is going for RM550k so it will be higher than that.

i live here, work here and stays here. i was planning on to continue to be here in cyberjaya but now days it's getting a little hectic. There's just too many ppl moving in.. Even going in and out of Cyberjaya there's a jam already which i don't encounter previously. Also you working in a data center?

If not perhaps let me share some knowledge to you. maintaining the DC is one thing but you really think you setup the DC the hardware's will automatically have an uptake? u really think those big players is just setting up DC for their own consumption - not a single company would need 5 - 10 data warehouses. That's where the article talks about it will open out a new dimension of service line. If your not in this industry i really won't blame you for not being able to see what's actually going on in a data center + software houses. Tech Mahendra don't hire 200k for nothing. Just to point it out to you.

I was hoping it to be quiet like back in pandemic le main reason for choosing cyberjaya.. cause of the school options and how quiet it is.. now very busy at times.. even weekend I won't go dpulze jaya grocery for grocery.. too crowded.. now days I go sierra 16 village grocer at least can find peace shopping.

dude you ought to visit cyberjaya. there's alot of eateries. There's actually plenty other places for meals. the cheaper options will be your mix rice and or chicken rice, follow by fast food chains.
