Anyone has experience with lazada express delivery? I buy a mi phone from lazada on 23 march, until today still waiting for delivery. On 27 said delivery failed but in fact I don see any courier man coming and no one call me as I waited for whole day for the delivery. I thought LEX is their in house courier service which should be fast.. but no update since 27 march on the "fake" update.. worst is I can't call LEX to check.. the lazada CS can't answer me also, just read out the tracking status to me..

But at least I know where is the post office n I can call to the post office to check status.. for lex, I don't even know where is their regional hub n they is no way for us to call LEX to check.. they can't provide any contact for that
