I felt mine like doesnt have enough cushion at the back,feel the frame on my shoulder abit.

its pretty comfortable for my skinny body.

We still don't have Amazon and how we wished we had it. NO! don't go like Amazon has return service too cancel voucher what not. I agree but it took LONG for Amazon to grow and to offer those services. Lazada, gemfive or whatever is just a few years old and if we MISUSE these services like this and look deeply into them for all the wrong reasons, i won't be surprised if someday Lazada is just not that good anymore or can't offer prices like it did. As much as I liked them to fulfill the order, you do know it's quite impossible. If they wrongly priced it at 2.8k instead of 3.8k, still got possibility. 3.8k becoming <500, wait if they are generous with sorry voucher.

Bro, do u even know offer and acceptance? In law term, yes, the mispricing is just an invitation to treat. However, the moment you take the item, in this case is we check out our cart, that's offer to vendor. And acceptance came where the seller accept your cash, which mean he ultimately accepts your offer. Unless it is different for online shopping?

As per the earlier post by Botak_wai, they should honor the lower price...  =)

legally no as the product already labelled at the lower price which they must honor it. they could take down the label price which that still at the shelve but not the one taken by the customers.

consumer could complain to kpndkk if they dont honor the price or take back the stuff or ask customer to pay following the system price which is higher

the shop will be penalise and would be told to return the different/honor the price to the customer that complained

Depends. You may ask why Aeon honor the price whichever is lower. That is strictly their policy. A price tag is merely an information to customer, not a contract. Besides Aeon/Tesco are basically brick and mortar version of Lazada. They just rent the shelves to clients. They are unable to verify the price since it's not them who's selling, therefore just honor it and took the whole thing off the system asap. No more selling until it was resolved.

With a normal shop where they have way to verify the pricing, I don't think there's a necessity to honor a price tag error.  Mistake happens... hence when the price is higher than the price tag, the staff will ask you whether you still want to buy it. If you insist on buying it then it become a verbal agreement.

Go to tribunal then and good luck. Contract can be broken with appropriate compensation. Contract just make it b&w between buyer and seller. There's nothing more to it. LoL...
