Depends on the branch. My experience, their delivery guy passed it to my neighbour, updated "delivered" status on their system.
Only found out the parcel whereabout after went to their office. So much hassle.

the seller bad in packaging. use a super over size soft paper box to pack it until the ssd drop out from the box while the box already squeezed until duno what shape liao. literaly, i received the ssd packed in the courier plastic bag only.

luckily the ssd no break into pieces =.="

so far i only encounter this seller OOKAS who practicing double boxing.

first time using m.2 ssd. just wonder why they can make the ssd so small but the 2.5" ssd make it so big. though sandisk ultra ii pcb shrink to half of the size but still bigger than m.2 ssd.

2.5" controller chip normally will have thermal pad sandwich-ed between the casing, m.2 ssd got none heatsink, will overheat or not? if i am not mistaken those earlier nvme m.2 temperature quite high, sata based i duno.

no la...nvme where got so cheap. this 1 is sata based, old model.

msata and SATA is same standard but different port, like USB Type A (typical) & B (printer), technically they are easily convertible/adaptable.

mSATA is small (same size like network card), while sata is typically 2.5" for SSD.

Each drive should be detected individually, while a drive itself can create virtual partition into multiple drive like normally what we do on our HDD (drive C, D and so on).

M2 (NGFF) is a newer standard specifically created to cater for modern SSD higher speed and smaller physical size. It isn't backward compatible with mSATA.

hmm i thought purpose for using ssd to boot up windows to make it faster right? and the other stuffs on a normal hdd for storage.
for all these while i thought it can be somehow install windows on sdd meanwhile transparently joining the normal hdd as storage, so its actually not?

p/s: the msata drive only 32Gb

Sharing my personal configuration: 256gb msata, 1tb normal hdd... Windows and other programs (Office, browsers etc) installed in ssd, everything else goes into the hdd...When installing Windows, setup will detect both drives separately, you choose in which one you want to install Windows...After installation is complete, both drives will still be detected separately...The msata will be the C drive, and the hdd will be D...

My laptop originally came with a 32gb msata, and I installed windows 7 in it...32gb is enough for Windows, will even have some free space for you to install other small programs...If you want to run games from the ssd (like me), better to upgrade to a larger capacity ssd...

I don't think there are any special instructions on how to install Windows on an ssd, just do it like you would with a normal hdd...
Anyway, I'm not too tech-savvy, and this is just my personal experience, so anyone else with better know-how, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong...
