Hi all. Im new with this credit card thing. Been using Yolo starting early this month. For some reason, i havent been able to check the e-statement cause its still not there in the PIB site. Should i check with their CS or just wait until next month?

Statement date would be on 25th. Still nothing in the website.

I told her to get the relevant team to update their system because AF is not something new for UOB yet how can the system missed out to reverse GST?
She said she will put into request. Hopefully this will be fixed and won't create such inconvenience to other cardholders.

Thanks thinking to cancel my CIMB. Apply this UOB yolo.

Yeah, that is one way to request for annual fee waiver. However, we can only call UOB CS, after the annual fee waiver is charged to my credit card. This is what other posters reported here. We cannot do it, before the charging of the annual fee.

My card anniversary date is still 3 months away from now. So, as of now, I cannot call UOB CS to request for annual fee waiver.

For me, it is preferable that I want to secure annual fee waiver, before my card anniversary date.

No issue. I just logged in in the afternoon using app and website.

I've been charged the annual fee today (anniversary month is Oct). Will call CS soon to ask for waiver, since I've been using YOLO for at least 1x per month.

Then, nothing to worry about. If yours really so unfortunate being charged, just a call and will be waived with ease since you fulfilled the requirement.

1st nov. But my anniversary is oct. Received it end of oct last year. But my statement date is not 1st.

Did you swipe every month? Then maybe you got the auto waiver. I got the manual waiver within 1 working day.
