i applied One card platinium and already start using the card.

customer service staff very insist say the 1st year cannot be waive, but could waive in the following year.

i called third time and ask their officer to call me back, and i never receive the call from them at all.

i called them fourth time just now, they promise will call me back tomorrow before 12pm.

what could i if UOB refuse to waive for me the annual fee?

Yup, felt annoying too for 8-digit TAC previously, unlike other banks (CIMB, MBB, HLB,PBB) only required 6 digits

I think so far only UOB required 8- digits

i having problem change password as well, using old 7 digit (but someone claimed old system already support more than 7 previously), which i feel UOB is lousy capped at 7 characters

keep on show me format incorrect when i click submit, is the system ready?? 

Is there anyone who has not received the Yolo cashback for August transactions?

I still have not received mine.  At least for now, saitong09 and fruitie have received theirs.

Is it possible that due to the change to new UOB online banking website (https://pib.uob.com.my), I cannot see my credited cashback?

It was previously reported here that the Yolo cashback is credited in batches. I hope that I can receive my 6% online cashback for Yolo early next week.

Hi all. Im new with this credit card thing. Been using Yolo starting early this month. For some reason, i havent been able to check the e-statement cause its still not there in the PIB site. Should i check with their CS or just wait until next month?

Anyone knows if Smart$ can be redeemed for petrol at bhp? I dont see it mentioned in the uob website list of merhants

Hi newbies here, I need some help from sifus here.

FYI, previously I'm UOB One cardholder. Last month UOB offered me YOLO card & told me 1st year annual fee is free. But latest transactions on 28 Sep showed that AF+GST was charged. Should I call up to waive it, anyone know?

Another question is how to calculate the cashback for my spending. My statement date is on the 17th. My total online spending till the 16th is RM834.20. By right, my cashback should be RM50 but why UOB only credit RM45. Anyone can help me double check my calculations?

u mean if above 800 only get 6% online cash rebate?

For several months, I did not use my Yolo card at all. I usually put all of my online transactions in a single month (by making advanced online transactions), so that I can achieve RM 833.30 of spending in that single month.

The total number of transactions I made with Yolo Card thus far definitely exceeds the required 12 times. But, if UOB insists that the card must be used at least once a month, then automatic annual fee waiver is not applicable for me.

Anybody here hasn't received the YOLO Cashback for September? I know it's given out by batches but seems like it's taking a bit longer than usual for me...
