I paid my UOB credit card by transfer GIRO from other bank, why sometimes the amount split into 2 weird amount?
Do you guy notice this?

New t&c for YOLO doesn't seems to exclude bill payment via Uobpayonline for CB.

Yes, old T&C. Just check under Unbilled transactions.

This is called Auto Apportion which is a useless feature, better call CS to disable it, else you will end up short payment to another card and incurred with financial charges. I assume you have more than one UOB card.

you're not paying according to your statement amount? cos for me, I have 3 UOB CC, I just pay the total amount at statement and the money will split accordingly.

ya .. I am sure it is not calculated, I am not getting full RM50 cashback
The total cashback matched if i excluded this 2 swipes
I will call up to UOB call center to request further checking ..

cancelled my UPP last 2 weeks , 2 days ago uob retain dept called to hold the card for this benefit....

wanna ask, if i pay TNB for 1k, so i directly entitle for the 10%? or i need spend on some other things first?

But as per TnC, you need to spend at least 1k, but max capped at RM 50,
so effective rate will be 5% only.
