i already called to astro, then they ask me to email them.. i already emailed them but their reply cant solve my problem yet

Yes i have.. on browser.. i tried astro on the go on Android with vpn but the video keep loading loading loading..

I got this problem (DRM engine error) after updated Windows 10 to latest version 1803 yesterday.  Tried reinstall Astro plugin and video driver still not working.   No problem watching AOTG on android phone.

i just update google chrome and same error of DRM ENGINE still occurs... it is very annoying.. i don have problem watching on android

Install android emulator MEMU play ( setting put disable root ) in pc then install astro on the go apk . I use tis method to watch becoz chrome browser cant resize the screen  , it is either full screen or small size .

Last time i having problem with the astro plugin in chrome (downloaded the plugin frm astro website but the installer wont installed ) . After few months i try again and it work ,
i not sure whether it work after updating chrome or installed meltdown security patches . Btw I am using win7 64bit .

Hi all,
I did network reset and the DRM error gone. 

1. Go to Network & Internet Settings (click the network icon in task bar)
2. Click Network Reset
3. Restart PC
4. After PC restarted put back you fixed IP settings if not using DHCP

Glad it works for you too. I found this solution by coincidence while I was troubleshooting file sharing issues among 2 home PCs after upgraded to Windows 10 version 1803. Google search advised a network reset which it didn't fix the file sharing issue but I got my Astro back. 

Side track on file sharing issue:
The PCs could see each other in Network explorer but can't drill in to access shared folders.  This issues later got resolved by setting IPv4 as preferred network.  FYI starting from 1803, Windows 10 set IPv6 as preferred network. If i just subs to world Cup package on astro go. Can I watch it on pc without having to subs astro account monthly and decoder?

login astro go on the web, go to setting and clear/disconnect/logout all devices (i forgot the correct name, but you got the idea)

I managed to fix this problem by Enabling Hardware Acceleration as @inyuret pointed out.

Anybody has this issue? Lately when I click on any Astro channel (on PC Chrome) nothing happen. I tried clear cache, reboot...still nothing happen
