Those planning to buy Mijia.. I would recommend to use 64GB micro SD card at least... Because Mijia will reserve quite a lot of space for emergency recording..

My 32GB micros sd card split into 2 parts:
1) Emergency - 5++ GB
2) Normal - 20++ GB
3) Another 6GB++ don't know gone where, lol

That means I only have approximately 2.5hrs of recording only, which i think too little...

3) should be the temp video files to watch on the phone via wifi so that it's faster to transfer than the full size video...

I checked the storage capacity right after I reformat it.. still 6GB gone hidden somewhere.... i am sure the sd card is around 31GB++ when i tested on my PC...

Emergency: 11++ GB
Normal: 41++ GB

Yi Dashcam 1080p 60fps vs Mijia Dashcam 1080p 30fps - Day & Night in the first post

Wow.. the last video feels like Yi is better than Mijia... I feel the Mijia video too much yellowish... And with the 60FPS, the video is clearer now, especially when you look at the tree...

Very noisy at dark road and during night, haven't tested on daytime yet. Firmware is 1.06, couldn't get app to connect with Mijia for update.
Make sure you are not connected to any existing wifi when u try to connect to Mi Home...

The mount position not nice enough, I can't see the "rec" word.. Cx I mount behind my rear mirror.. Only can see right side of the screen
*
Why do u wan to see the REC word? Mijia always recording, u cant stop recording unless u shut it down..
