I was wondering if dailing 1800/1 300 number free on maxis one plan or is it just the 1st 4 months?

1800 numbers is toll free.
1300 numbers is never toll free, long story short, telcos will charge you for a local call made. In old days, they are local and out station calls.

If any telcos charge u for 1800 numbers you can report them to CFM.

Does this apply for prepaid too?

1300 are usually charged at local call rate (although the receiver is not in your local area)

Now most telcos have free unlimited local calls, does the 1300 numbers become free (since it was charged for a local call)?

Telcos excluded 1300 numbers and like UMobile they charge .30sen/min.

Better don't call 1300 numbers. Look for their normal numbers to call.

What is the normal no for KFC delivery? Website only shows 1300 number.

If they never give you the normal number, then have to call the toll free number.
Some banks provide the toll free number and normal number (if call from overseas) for you to call their Helpdesk.

yeah, bank has the direct no, this is not an issue. it is more of those specific one. like all sorf of fastfood delivery. no direct no.

Hey its actually free for 1800 toll free number and there is a charge for 1300 toll free number depending on where you calling from.
