Wow.. Why to such extent? Did you do something to him? My area here nothing wrong also man.. People pay or dont pay also they dont care. Lol. But anything happen to ur house if u dont pay they say will not entertain la.. That one im not so sure.. Cos its like RM50 here every month. You pay Rm150 is a frigging killer man. Waste of money. 70k surplus so little? They make damn a lot of money man. You count how manyhouses in your gated community and multiply by 150. Lol. If got 30 houses also how many hundred thousands there already.. Lol. And my area here easily about 100 houses. Lol.
But sorry, i dont know anyone who knows these stuff. xD heh xD
