When I delivered the stuff to your house last month I was admiring how atas your security was (although your housing area is within another housing area). Never expect got this kind of psycho in your kind of neighbourhood. My place is unguarded and has a lot of gila people (being a low cost area, expected) I keep aiming to afford a neighbourhood like yours one day and end up seeing this thread. 
P/S: I'm a law student and am quite sure with sufficient proof you can threaten to sue him in tort.
Perhaps you should consult your family lawyer?
