Previous application don't have "Handphone Tel. No." field

If got PBB VS, still can apply to get this ?

Procedure wise would be easier ?
Or need go through like apply new card ?

Yes, can apply for this as well. Still required to re-submit all documents again though. Good news is the approval process will be slightly faster.

Edit: TBH if you already have VS I'm surprised you want to apply for Quantum.

Well, more categories and and gain more CB for those that hits the RM833 limit without supplementary card option (choice)...

Many in this situation, nothing to be surprised. Moreover two very useful categories namely Entertainment n Department Store are added.

Well I said that because more often than not, people choose to take a card from a different bank. Usually it's so that if the online system for one bank is down, the other may still work.

I received my PBB Quantum Master Card today. I wonder where is my Visa gone. Do you have the experience having two cards sent separately?

On pb website
when you click on apply now
there is no option to select credit card type: PB Quantum Credit Cards

You have to go to the Quantum card section and download the form below. Then, submit manually. I did it that way and I got the card today!

My contact informs me that there was a slight delay regarding Visa approval when the cards were launched, but they've remedied the situation now. Guess that means you can expect your card soon.

I see but how do they provide a card number for Visa if the problem not solved. I saw there's a card number for visa in the internet banking system

Cards were approved, but some technical issue prevented the cards from being sent out immediately. That's all I was told. My best guess is that they decided to send the Master card first to keep customers from complaining.
