QUOTE(degraw1993 @ Apr 13 2017, 07:38 PM) That reminds me of how i started first without doing abs for few years and now after progressive overload i can see my abs are starting to develop. It may work for u but not for everyone. That's like saying legs visibility are made on the plate u eat and the cup you drink. Abs are just like other muscle That is why they say compound movements are superior? My abs are worked through those compound movements. Even bicep curls work your abs. All muscles visibility are made from your diet. You can't be expecting your muscles to outgrow your fats accumulation.

I don't know how you stand when you curl or you bend over or you lay down for db flyes, but for me, every movements that I do, I consciously tighten my abs and core to keep things tight so that my whole kinetic chain doesn't go wobble around.

Compound movements r just the most efficient way to train. Is it the most optimal way to train a muscle group? I just dont see it. Isolation movement will always have their place in any program. So i rather be doing isolation movement such as abs crunch etc than just relying on compound movements alone to grow my abs.

You wan to twist it crunch it click it it is your choice. What I said was for the abs to be visible you do not need any of those. You do not need to take supplements for that.
