klcc park@jogging track on early sunday morning!

i usually jog at the Taman Tasik Permaisuri.

not any park can jog...safety issue...right?

where is that?

no place is totally safe nowadays, just take enough precaution.. that's the only thing to do elses you might just ended up sitting at home

is there anybody jog at that lake in kelana jaya (oposite and near to kelana jaya giants) ?



i saw people jog there, but beside it is LDP already :smile:

KL area:

1. Lake garden - mature green environment - flat to hilly surface (the best)
2. Setiawangsa - immature green - almost flat surface
3. Bukit Belacan - go straight till the end of Jalan Ampang

PJ area as stated before by others.


Note: There're other really nice hidden place to jog in KL especially not to mentioned PJ, but we (KL original folks) wish not to disclosed them here. We dont want these places to be spoilt by migrated population. Sorry !

if raining, where to jog? around pj....any idea?

evening time which park nice to jog among 3 places below?

1. Kepong Metropolitan
2. TTDI
3. Taman Aman

or got other nice places? prefer PJ area
