no guys, i've asked my friend, <- more experienced in these metal stuff,
he said its better to make it brushed metal, i've got a sample. i will post the pic in a while.

depends on the surface lining but brasso does help alot

Yeah but brasso sometimes doesn't work unless you file the surface but that will probably reduce tags to dust.

i dont care wat its made of, i just want it around my neck or my member's "waistline" aka a big ring for my kahunas .
