If your goals are sorted by priorities, I think goal 1 will interfere with goal 2. It's not easy to get stronger at the big 3 if you focus on getting lean. At best you'll plateau. Getting 6 packs without much muscle mass will make you look very small. Ain't nobody wanna be small. Honestly, you won't walk around shirtless all the time right. You'd do well with a bulk IMO, because you are tall. You can easily bulk to 90kg without looking too fat. You will look really really big in a T-shirt. But then again that's just my humble opinion.
You can prioritize like this: 1. Get to intermediate level on my big 3 lifts 2. Jadi abg sado 3. Get lean So, welcome! Keep updating your journal. It's always a pleasure to read up on other people's training. |

QUOTE(frugallifter @ Mar 17 2017, 10:39 AM) Just updated whoops! What program are you currently running? If it's the "I go to the gym and do whatever I feel like doing" program, it will be quite difficult to progress unless:Hey bro thanks for the advise! Yea I've been plateuing already on my strength so considering eating more. But my problem is my face tends to get fat much much faster than my arms or other body parts will grow..which pisses me off. 1. you really know what you're doing, 2. or you're really good at logging your training and experimenting with what works for you. |
