you have to pay back in lieu lar ..... 2 mths notice you leave in 24 hrs - pay back 2 mths salary

that above of course depends on your salary also ... if your gaji ciput tak sampai 3k, they will not even care ..... maybe just send LoD lar, but will never really follow through ... but if you gaji 20k, then thats diff storeh, prepare ong ong LoD cum

You might try to not reporting to work like example 3 days n no notices.

Some company do have auto terminate after numbers of days not reporting to work n no notices.

Talk nice nice to your boss

Sometimes they feel this a-hole is useless in the company anyway so let you go early

No point buta buta give away 2 months worth of salary for someone who no longer has the mood to work properly

Just tell them your tasks are mostly done and certain easy tasks can be handed on.

Then also said whatever you know, some others knows as well so they can pick up where you left off

1. Technically, you are in breach of contract and need to pay the company 2 months.

2. If you choose not to pay, usually company will not be bothered to sue you for compensation. If they have invested a lot of money in you, or you are on bond - they may just change their mind to recover the cost of training you.

3. That being said, be prepared for a disaster reference in future. Future employers will call up your company to investigate the reason you resign - don't expect a good reference from them.

Depends wht kind of job I think. If small retail business, I think the boss also don't want to waste time and money to sue kaw you.

Be professional, either serve the notice or pay for short notice. That's what mature people do.
