so guys im using webe for a week or so already. the thing is i cant receive SMS from steam to activate mobile authenticator.

it was fine with old telco (maxis).

any solutions for this case?

U have to go tell their CS about your problem first. Before that I also got the same problem but after reporting to webe, everything works fine now.

I once talked to the live chat guy and he said thry dont provide this service and i was so pissed i just left.

If it's Adrian you can just disconnect from the live chat. Everything you ask he will either say I don't know or we don't give such service.

just say you're unable to receive any STEAM tac sms services, previously no problem on other telco..

Yeah. I talked to them already. This time female cs. So give her some info already. And the say they will work it out and send me email if its done. But the thing is now i tried again to register my number in steam now steam said cant send sms to my number pulak.

once webe said they're working on it, normally you'll get sms or email report no... give like 24-48 hours to solve. I noticed if male webe cs, mostly talking shits (some ok la).. while female one normally cooperative.

if you see adrian..just straight disconnect, no use talking to that guy

webe is somehow half baked Telco plan, eventhough with the unlimited data/sms/call there's quite a few drawback from other Telco...

been using webe for 3 months now, my difficulties is:

1. 3G connection capped at 2mbps by celcom
2. LTE connection full bar but internet slow (due to many user)
3. Sometimes ping too high
4. Facetime/Imessage didn't support

How long u have to wait before they fix the problem? Mine 1week+ d still no news sial. Webe memang selow or what? Keep pushing them on live chat they said wait once prin prob settle thry will email. Wtf. Btw u conplaint in live chat or service centre?

Mine took 3days because that time I too free ady, one day can live chat with 4-6 different customer support representative.
