 yeah the 8003Lci, is roughly 2.9Kg the new Pentium M processor with product code 7XX is actually the successor to the Banias core, dubbed Dothan. main diff? the new Dothan has 2MB of L2 Cache,  while the Banias has only 1MB L2 Cache loh...futhermore from some benchies seen on some websites, it was said the power management(a.k.a Enhanced Speedstep)has improved too other than the performance.wait or no wait, is again up2 consumers. cheers. just my 2cents. |

it's the same, Twinhead's same model TH22 (u can even tell by the word "TH") no difference in performance if it's still the same specifications. cheers. |

u want to compare a laptop wif Mob Radeon 9700 and a measly nVidia fx go 5200? lol...i will choose the Mob Radeon 9700 any day! cheers. just my 2cents. |

updated specs for TM4001 series 715 processor instead of the banias core. RRP RM4888 (mob rad 9700) RRP RM4388 (Intel Extreme) new model TM4502WLCi 725 processor 15.4 mob rad 9700 RRP RM5988 cheers.  |

Sony Vaio S (PCG-S18GP ) is light! RRP RM8488 tho with its measly ATI M9 32MBermm..it's not me who said "Fujitsu rock as Alwiz", just quotin it from someone else cheers. just my 2cents. which parts does compaq made itself?
IIRC optical drives used in laptops are mostly from Toshiba Samsung(merged), Quanta, Teac wihle the HDDs mostly are from Toshiba HP Compaq do not manufacture any parts of laptop, they outsourced this model nx7010 a.k.a x1423 to Compal. cheers. just my spamcents This post has been edited by 8431: Jan 10 2005, 10:07 PM |
