yes,if you already have b2 license, just go and register for L B full in JPJ, pay for it, like 30 for 3 months validity, or whatever you like.if i;m not mistaken can extend until 2 years.. then can ride the bike with L displayed..but not with pillion.
if no L displayed, then saman around 70..
