Hi all, I have currently received an offer in Makati but pending further information.

Would like to ask how much is the average rental price for condominium along the Ayala Avenue ?
*
studio @ 30k-40k depending on which building.
Average 1sqm @ 1k (usually), prime area tend to be higher.

I still retaining last year rental 25k php (25sqm) inclusive water and internet 50Mbps. Market now i think 28-30k without internet. Leviste street.

Newer building Paseo Heights @ 35k-38k studio with washing machine (Internet if you lucky).
Signa residences i think 40k 1 bedroom about 35-40sqm if not mistaken cheapest but market running 45k.

Plus most of payment terms, 2+1 deposit and remaining postdated cheques

Hi guys

Will move to Cebu City for work in 2020.

1) how's the traffic compare to KL?
2) do we need to purchase car like KL?
3) what is the cheapest and efficient way to transfer money back to MY?
4) DO you hire maid or send kids to day care is better?
5) is there a lot of Malaysian stay at Cebu too?

1. Cebu is a small city, but traffic not better than KL
2. Nope, buy a motorbike, not safer, but better when traffic
3. cebuana lhuillier jk, western union i guess
4. Maid, yes, day care, yup
5. Not so many, more japanese, korean and white people. But can find Malay community, ask around the green mosque at mambaling shopwise.

Don't forget, Philippines pay peanuts
