do not use hot water!!! it will spoil the pipes!!!
1st option: i pour 2 bottles of "glorox" to see how it goes!!! only pour when the sumbat water clear off!!! if jadi... pour another 2 more after few days!!! 2nd option: get a stronger liquid available at hardware shop!!! last option: call plumber...

I had the same issue last month.
Had to replace the pipe. Cost me MYR1200 excluding tiles.

Just solved it last week. Buy the acid kind of thingy from Chinese hardware shop, around RM20+. Pour one bottle inside, cover it. It will eat the fats and proteins stuck inside. Pakai grove cause super corrosive. Then flush with water. If still not working PM me I got contact.

depends on how old is your house. For my house its over 25 years old so those hole is not PVC pipe type but like cement. Pouting those liquids and etc might not help

mostly use to wash clothes...
there are other brands that are stronger than 'clorox'!!!
i tried 'clorox' bleach, and other brand, and it worked!!!
for apartmẻnt or condo... hot water will damaged the piping, where it will make the pipes cracked, and create leaks!!!
