putting hiking backpack is not a mistake
their fault is putting "hiking backpack" there without putting exact description...leaving it very vague
those over 45L clearly cannot fit into overhead compartment already, thus need to check in

65L kinda pushing the to limit abit too much la.

When I use my 65L usually I'll check in also coz confirm got a lot of things and weight sure over.

I suggest you get a 35/40L it's good for almost a week worth a if stuff and small enough that many vendor will say can be used as carry on, that's the reason I got my 40

Why using cattle class when so much backpack, depend on route, if BKI-KUL/ KCH-KUL return, Malindo business class more worth. 40 Kg luggage allowance.
