Yeah, I agree, my last flight is from KUL-BKI with Malindo, beside 2 large luggage bags with totals 39 kilos, I have 1 hand medium carry bag into cabin, and also 1 big backpack inside got laptop, camera, tablet and other stuff. No issue extra charge at all and check in 2 hours earlier, also free enter lounge for breakfast.
