Definitely, there are tons of houses opposite unimas, and one high rise coming up soon by RJ realty, next to UNIMAS. Cannot remember the project name though. Should go drive around when you are in kuching to have a look

Miri is shyt but Kuching is a stated with opportunities.

I kind of like Miri and Bintulu. But Kuching is still my hometown and favorite
Miri has lots of development by the sea side from Shin Yang, ranging from shoplots, terrace, bungalows, semi d, factories, and etc.

I see, where are you currently working at now?
If you come back you will be surprised how much developments are currently going on. Of course cannot compare to KL, but for a small city like kuching, the improvements are tremendous. Traffic has been increasingly more congested over the years too.

Enjoy, do drive around to have a look yourself and be mesmerized by the amount of houses in that area.
