Mp er.. cheated a little, so was easy lol.. didn't go full ROM, last rep did full Rom but still feeling strong 2. DL very good ah. had christina countdown for me hahah. last set no lowerback pain  3. pull down was good, lats growing lol. 4. leg raises power ah.. give christina tapao in leg raises.. sad hahaah 5. good workoutday, chris did 3x6 bar squat with good intensisty, DL with 75 quite a number of sets lol..

END OF THE CUTTING THING! MY WAIST IS NOW OFFICIALLY AT 33 1/2 INCH! 2 1/2 INCH IN 2 1/2 MONTHS. AINT THAT BAD EH.

squat was pain in the ass lol.. my left quads feels like its tearing apart already in the 3rd set. lol..

yeah i rest 3-4 minutes between sets. pretty very much enough.. since i was so used to 90 sec rest while on bb routine.
PS: i saw wrongly, on week3 its 6x6x225.
