neaevia, from the photo
i can conclude that if u wanna get good indoor/low light photo
dont use ISO over than 400
ISO 400 with/without flash would be good enough for low noise yet usable photo
biggrin.gif

Does the camera have Manual/speed/aperture priority mode?
If yes, better to bring down the ISO and the speed.
But, I'll say the picture quality is decent.

ISO 400 = based from your photo, i would say still acceptable
not bad.
to get the best shot, u still need a tripod with longer shutter speed
else iso 400 would be the best setting for night shot
