I can click the pre-order button, but it just go to SE store page with stormblood product, which only has stormblood standard, stormblood collector's edition, for ps4 and pc, physical and download. Complete edition won't be on the store until SB release I think, that's why most store selling it only has it as pre-order and those don't come with pre-order bonus (at least what I think based on the nature of complete edition)
