Ep pass holder, is it good idea to tender resign n look for job. Hate my current job n boss

Hai everyone. Im very new here and desperately need your guidance and assistance!

I received a job offer that most likely to be start in July, if I pass the incoming medical checkup and if the salary package caught my interest. Finger crossed!

Interviewer mentioned there will be a van pickup at Jurong East MRT station for work and I need to pay for the transport. My concern is that ;

1. Should I be renting a room nearby the station that is walking distance or is it fine if the room is 2-3 station away? If it is 2-3 station away, which area should I consider to have a look at?

depend on your Budget... Jurong rental relative Low.. look out for public transport instead of company bus. Perhaps it’s more convenient and cheaper.

2. Is there anyone here will be working around July and looking for a roommate? I am Malay Muslim, 28, married. Im fine to rent with anyone. Or anyone already there currently looking for a roommate?

3. Should I consider staying in JB? Maybe not? Because travel for work will take ages to reach right?

if u r not johorean, better to get used in Sg first before move to JB

Guys, wanna ask. Im mix chinee malay.. father chinese mother malay. Obviously in malaysia im considered malay. Is it ok for me to put Chinese in my ep application since i know its important if i were to apply for pr in the future? If ica question this i can show my birthcert which states ny dad as chinese. I also still hv my surname.
