im 30, just got married. kids coming also
but my current salary only enough to survive in msia
when i mention going SG work, most of my family member disagree

i also kind of dilemma. continue stuck here sure die one
going SG i have to leave everything behind and start a new one

Guys any idea increase chance to get job offer
Sent at least 30 job applications since March 22
Till now no even get a single company response or interview invitation

No but I will try it out since it's more professional
JobStreet macam they no time to filter and respond u or smtg

Currently in msia
Looking and applied at JobStreet but haven't tried linkedin, indeed/monster
I heard my friend in SG said it's better for me to seek job if I'm in SG

looking for accounting & finance related jobs
MCF required singpass only can sign up i believe

Any idea why after applied 50 job applications on JobStreet
Most of them "received" but didn't even review?
The rest all "not suitable" aka rejected

Is it me putting too high expected salary? Sgd4-4.5k consider high??
I researched the market offer the salary is common for this pos

Not sure what went wrong

Or I must put 3k only they will consider?
3k might as well I stay in msia

Oh didn't know that. Most of my application on JobStreet
Only 1 or 2 applied through Linkedin but redirected me to their company website

Maybe I should try indeed/jobdb whatever platform available

Also I asked my friend in SG help me ask around too

But if u said SG employer moved from JobStreet but why they still post their job ad on JobStreet? Lol

Wanna ask if an employement agency want to apply pass for us
Only see which pass approve by MOM either S/E pass, company only decide the salary package

Not they decide the salary package first only can apply the pass? E pass salary higher than S pass I know



Question 2:
If it's processing the pass whether S Pass or E Pass
Can I still attend another interview
If after interview their offer better then how

That's why I'm thinking right now
Before Aug 1st still can check online but now need to login only can check on MOM to do the self test whether I can get what pass base on the qualifications

But for EP I think 5k or 5.5k right
Don't think they offer such high salary for msian
