Any fresh graduate with no work experience get EP approval this yr? Do we need work exp to get ep ?

Why? Malaysia Blue IC + 2.5k up salary + degree = almost guaranteed EP. Why must get experience?

A handful of my colleagues here including myself got in fresh with above criteria.

Threshold 3300 but still can get in as long as you got the degree as a Malaysian.

It's obvious there's a lot of preference for Malaysian compared to other countries like Philippines Indonesia Myanmar Bangladesh, India, PRC & even Taiwan. Whether on EP/SP or PR.

The reason behind? I don't know. Need to ask the governments.

I won't go as far as saying zilch chance to get more than 3300 for freshie. There is still a very small chance but you need

1. Contacts
2. Good results from Top Uni
3. Apply to the right industry

I started working in 2010 with 3000 starting salary. Malaysian citizen, non pr, degree in chemical engineering. in 2017, 3300 is definitely doable.

How about in 2023? About to graduate this year with a Business and Finance degree in Malaysia, and looking to land a job in Singapore.

Interior cannot fight Peugeot I-cockpit, exterior too, never considered French cars until I saw the 2008, haven’t seen better design

Also this is the first time I've seen someone earn in Singapore, convert it to MYR, then benchmark against the Malaysia national average to convince himself he's Top 20

No chance here, Most of us downgrade to b40 (or whatever term they use) when benchmarked against Singaporeans, we only lie to ourselves back home
