shouldn't we be seeking for a pay that we think we are worth
company should then pay the amt they think we are worth
our past pay should just be a guideline and not a fixed rule

then i must be super underpaid...coz i got 28% during this pandemic
but then i do think i am underpaid....even the HR thinks the company are losing out talents due to pay.....LOL

SG increment 28% ? Wow that's a lot

As in, already have EP (or some other long term residency) but SG side still hasn't given you entry approval for 4 months (and counting)? Damn that sucks.
*
yes, do you think there is any chance to get it before IPA expires?

Just curious, do EP applicants need to apply for MTP MyTravel Pass to enter SG?

I'm feeling abit sour grapes here, other MNC company applicants interviewed and got their offer, EP, entry permit approved so much faster.

Not sure if this is the right thread to ask.
Is anyone using Unifi Mobile sim card to receive SMS in Singapore? Heard that it will be charged even to receive online banking OTP sms.

Anyone using redONE which rides on StarHub network? Wondering if you all often call Malaysian banks on credit card enquiries? Thanks

redone network is fine ...
calling bank will be another issue.

Thanks for the feedback, how do you do it if there is a need to call Msian banks?

QUOTE(knwong @ Nov 30 2021, 11:25 PM)
How often would you need to deal with M'sian cc matters? Odd considering you are in SG, should be using SG cc more
*
prolly just once in a blue moon for cards cancellation or sst rebate request. Yet to enter Singapore yet.

You all seldom need to call Msian banks? If there is a need, subscribe for one-time overseas call or ask family members for help? Thanks

Open CIMB SG and CIMB MY. Link both up, u can transfer from SG to MY instantly.
For loan in MY, u can try provide them your SG pay slip. Thats what I did five years ago.

is the rate better than transferwise, instarem, bigpay for cimb sg to vimb my? Thanks!

Can consider redone SG, it is using starhub line, am only using Amazing8 for $8/month, what stands out is the free calls to MY (especially when needed to contact banks) and can use from the 5GB data pool while roaming in MY (am using Unifi bebas prepaid without monthly commitments).

If there is a cheaper prepaid/postpaid plan, I might consider.
