hi all, i had several interviews on coming Wednesday. Can anyone suggest me a good backpacker hostel to stay? Other recomendation are welcome. Thanks in advance.

anyone appeal for EP before? In my case after a week my application got rejected. HR told me they wrongly key in the job bank id. So they appeal for it. After week and week passed by i follow up yet still pending. The screen shot from HR shown appeal date on 30 May 2017. Until today MOM still havent approve. Today HR forward email from MOM and they still need time to process. Really in dilemma as i can't even deposit for room as not sure whennwill get the pass. Already a few room i liked being grabbed by other as i can't make any decision. Anyone being through long appeal process? So down. Maybe Sg aint a place for me to work.

to those waiting EP please be patient. Mine got rejected in a week bcs hr input wrong info. Then they appeal for it and it took a month to get approved. Now it is very normal for EP to approve within 2-3 weeks. Initially i stayed at backpacker longe when come to look for room and again when going to start working. Currently i had started work for the 2nd week. So far enjoying myself as Sg is very convieniet to find food and travel around. I am luckily to find a house to stay for temporary 3 weeks will look for permanent place to stay. The only down side of Singapore is public transport can be very pack during peak time. Of couse it will be lonely if you come here by yourself. Hope to get to know those LYN in Sg and make some friends. I love to play sports. Cheers

depends which area you prefer. Mostly in Chinatown. I had tried both. One is River City Inn and Fives Stones Hostel. I prefer River City bed and shower. Fives Stones Hostel has nice big pantry and living room with aircond for 24 hrs, lift and easy to access food. The bed i got at Fibves Stones rather smelly. If you dont kike snoring then u cant stay backpacker.
