Hi all, is it now difficult to get jobs at sg? applied to many job posting but none of it reply at all

Hey there. I'm a Comp. Sci. fresh grad, looking for a job in the data field. I'm mainly looking for a role as a Junior Data Scientist, but I'm open to other roles such as Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, DevOps/MLOps Engineer etc.

Is there a chance for me to get an entry level job? I tried applying a few months ago as an intern for my industrial training, nearly got an offer by a MNC company, but immediately got dropped after HR came into the loop of the email stating that they are not looking to pick up someone overseas due to the Covid situation. Others mostly didn't even get back to me.

Given the current Covid situation and the tightening of work pass regulations in late 2020, plus my work inexperience; is there a real possibility for me to get a job in SG? Now that I've had internship experience, is there a little more hope? If so, how should I go about applying to give me an edge?

Any kind of advise would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

I have 5000myr working in malaysia but i have an offer 3.5 sgd from same company transfer. I am somewhat a fresh grad with around a year experience.

Do you guys think 3.5 sgd is a appropriate starting salary for my position(IT) ?

Life in malaysia is comfortable while living with parents not much expenses but in Singapore i have to start paying for rent around 1000 and food and transport as well as other expenses.

Hi guys, i renew my passport online with option to pick up in Singapore embassy.  Then after paid i got this message cap jari bermasalah.  Confuse here, so do i just go to embassy and show them this they will allow me inside to do my fingerprint?  Or do i need to do appointment which is like 3 months down the road or just wait for email?  No instruction is given clearly and the numbers to call never ever pick up. Anyone might have experience this can help?
