Hey guys,
Quick question, I have been vaccinated (first and second doses) in Singapore last year but yet to receive booster dose at this point since I am in Malaysia.
If I wanted to go back to Singapore now, would it more convenient to take the booster in Malaysia or Singapore?
If I booster in Malaysia, how do I update it into TraceTogether? My TraceTogether app shows that I am not fully vaccinated anymore.
Can I go into Singapore with 2 doses and take my booster there?
I am an EP now pending PR approval if that matters.
Your sharing is very much appreciated guys.
Thank you!

Hi,
Anyone drove a malaysia registered car to Singapore before? Is it worth the hassle to apply for the documentations etc? Im planning for drive in and stay there for a about 10 days. Kinda reluctant to take flight cuz I have big bulky items like wedding gown and other stuff where keeping in car is safer and more convenient.

It does mention about this in the website but did not explain further, I'm an EP in SG so I'm not sure if this is going to cause any trouble.
"A person who is not a resident of Singapore but holds a Work Pass issued by the Ministry of Manpower must meet certain conditions to drive a foreign vehicle in Singapore."
Anyway, say once VEP has been approved, where do we collect our autopass and do we need to install the IU or just the pass will do? (https://www.motorist.sg/article/524/everything-you-need-to-know-about-your-in-vehicle-unit-iu)

QUOTE(knwong @ Oct 25 2022, 04:00 PM) As an EP last time I drove M'sia or even S'pore registered car, crossing checkpoints in and out no problem at all IU is not necessary if you don't regularly pass the gantry. Otherwise just pay $5 Collect Autopass at JB. Activate the card on the spot and can drive into SG dy Hi bro, thanks for sharing, i reviewed the video and some guidance online and it stated that "work pass holders residing in Singapore are not allowed to keep or use foreign-registered vehicles in Singapore"

Hi,
I just got my SG PR approved. Do we need to undergo any medical check prior to our appointments? I havent receive the documents yet but is eager to know what should I prepare.
There is no check list given in ICA website, only to schedule an appointment.
Thanks all!

I just got the news yesterday but a lot of my friends status is still showing pending. The longest one I knew was he applied on November 2021 but until now still pending. Did u applied also?

Can anyone share if we could do our medical checkup (xray and hiv) in Malaysia instead of Singapore?
My IPA letter stated something that suggested its possible but I am unsure about it because its quite vague.
I called up ICA but they said depending on individual case to case basis.
Anyone have experience with this?

Hi all,
I've just completed my PR formalities last week and have obtained my entry permit and REP certificates along with my new NRIC number.
With this, I've notified my HR and they are now requesting my copies of EP and REP to create a CPF account for me.
Question that have been lingering in my mind is the safety to scan and submit the entire copies of EP and REP to them or would you rather waiting for the NRIC card for submission?
Whats your thought on this?
Thanks.
