Hello everyone, would just like some opinion if someone had encountered the same as I did.

Just now at 6.28am at the road Persiaran Alam Damai, (near UCSI South wing) i think I was flashed by aes.

The story goes, at an intersection where you can go straight and also turn right. Road with 3 lanes.
The traffic light was indicating green for going straight and red for right turning.

I was driving about 40km/h and the as mentioned when I reach the intersection, it was green and so I go straight ahead with another car at my right side, (i was at left side of the road).

The aes flashed twice then flashed twice again.

I am 100% sure the light is still green when I am going straight and was flabbergasted when it flashed and there was also cars behind me who also was going straight.
It was not yellow, red but green for going straight but red for right turning.

Was wondering if I really got snap by aes and if since it was not even me at fault at all, can I even appeal if I really got a summon?

In OKR i saw the lorry driver will hold back 2 seconds after it turns green to avoid this wrong persecution .. they let the motor or other car to go ahead 1st to ensure it is all clear

But in my case, the light is already green for like more than 5 seconds only then I go.
Around how many days are we going to receive the summon?

Sometimes they are flashing for no reason. Just wait and check at MYEG after 10 days or so.

the 10 days of anxiety begins. Never knew even jpj or Myeg needs so long to notify us.
That totally makes us can't pay early if we are at wrong.

probably some motorbike by the side was turning illegally

If it was green they can't saman you.

i drive on old kland road frequently and there are drivers that make illegal u-turn all the time causing the aes to flash.
technically i have got aes from speeding but not from junction because i never jump red light.

Never seen a beat red light aes summon before.
Only saw speed one, so dunno how does it look and if it will even show the traffic light of the moment of aes snapping photo.

Now gomen poor, want to make money like this ler.

I won't mind if I did wrong,but I didn't do anything wrong.
