Can I ask which overclockable budget motherboard for r5 1600 processor ( specify brand too ) and the best brand for Rx580( my choice is the sapphire nitro plus rx580 ) , can 550w psu support these rigs? Can I purchase through lingloong and koolpc from lelong , are they good ? Thanks!

Gigabyte AB350M-DS2 , Msi B350M Gaming Pro/Motar & Asus Prime B350M-A for mATX. Asrock AB350 Pro4/Gaming K4 , Asus Prime B350 Plus , Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 & Msi B350 Tomahawk/Tomahawk Artic for ATX.

All RX580 will have same FPS performance find cheapest or which you like more(matching your build) My choice Msi RX580 Gaming X 8gb because cheapest 8gb model. Yes 550w can support if just single GPU. Get tier 1@2 PSU if plan to overclock or at least know brand.

See their review. Im also looking at their item. Not confident because no NetPay though. Maybe sifu here bought from them before?

RM5550

Hi guys. Is this a reasonable build and price? Or should i go for 1700x ( but overclocking 1700 should do the same perfomance )z
*
Multitasking alot? Monitor resolution?
If game priority drop to Ryzen 5 1600 , 8gb ram & cpu cooler. Get a GTX 1070. Overclocking cpu won't improve much on FPS in games. Ryzen 5 still capable with 6 core while ram & cpu cooler can add later which also don't improve much on FPS.

It is not really meant to take over the role of traditional monitor (and its connection), it uses WiFi Direct and traffic doesn't route through your router so latency is significantly lower, but then it is still prone to interference, signal disruption etc, cable is still the way to go.
I7 6700k - New i7 7700K is around 1.5k
Cyorig h7 - New unit is around 200
Asus z170 pro gaming - Leftover stock is around 750 (replaced by Z270)
G.skill ripjaws V ddr4 2400mhz 8GBX2 - New unit is around 600
Gigabyte gtx 1070 g1 gaming - New unit is around 2k
Xigmates shogun 600w 80+ bronze - New unit is around 350 but sadly this PSU is an overpriced crap
Samsung 750 120gb ssd - New unit is around 250
WD Blue 1TB - New unit is around 220
Corsair Spec Alpha - New unit is around 350
Windows 10 - OEM? Retail? OEM is cheap, you can buy from lelong, GS, 11street, lazada for just 50 (example)

Total: around RM 6300

Now lets talk about second hand market price.

I7 6700k - around 1.1k -1.2k
Cyorig h7 - around 100 - 130
Asus z170 pro gaming - around 500 - 550
G.skill ripjaws V ddr4 2400mhz 8GBX2 - around 450
Gigabyte gtx 1070 g1 gaming - around 1.6k
Xigmates shogun 600w 80+ bronze - similar grade PSU is around 150 - 200
Samsung 750 120gb ssd - around 150 - 200
WD Blue 1TB - around 150
Corsair Spec Alpha - around 250
Windows 10 - around 50

Total: around RM 4750
