Actually Tristanx reco is just that, a gaming PC. But then Intel build is a bit more pricey than AM4 (however still cheaper than AM5 system). I was thinking to also suggest Intel but looking at your budget and your preference is not doable for 2K PC.

Like I said earlier, Adobe favors Intel. i5-12400 is newer and still will do better than Ryzen 5600X. Comes with Intel Quick Sync too. Budget isn't high enough for higher quality build though.
